Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Quantoxt Inc. ("Service"), you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, don't use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

2. Account

To use certain features, you need an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Keep your account information current and complete.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

3. Payment & Milestones

SaaS builds are billed based on the agreed scope. Payment works as follows:

• Quote. You receive a fixed-price quote during onboarding. The quote is based on project scope, complexity, and delivery speed.
• Payment. Payment is required before build begins. Priority and Turbo modes may require a deposit.
• Scope changes. Additional features requested after the build starts may increase the price. We will confirm any scope changes and additional costs before proceeding.
• No hidden fees. The quoted price is what you pay, minus any scope changes you approve.

4. Delivery Expectations

Delivery timelines depend on the mode selected:

• Standard: 4-6 weeks.
• Priority: 2-4 weeks.
• Turbo: 1-2 weeks.

Timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity and the speed of your feedback during reviews. Delays caused by late feedback may extend the timeline. We communicate progress regularly and flag any blockers early.

5. Revision Policy

Revisions are batched changes based on your review of the current build state:

• Standard: 2 revision rounds included.
• Priority: 4 revision rounds included.
• Turbo: Unlimited revision rounds.

Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount are billed at an hourly rate, agreed upon before work begins.

6. Refund Policy

If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a 30% refund of the total project cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.

We do not do disputes. If something is wrong, we fix it. Contact us and we will make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

IP rights depend on the delivery type:

• Open-Source delivery. You receive the full source code. All IP rights transfer to you upon delivery and payment. You can modify, redistribute, and deploy the code as you see fit.
• Closed-Source delivery. You receive a running product. The source code remains ours. You have a perpetual license to use the product for its intended purpose.

In both cases, you retain ownership of any content, data, and assets you provide.

8. No "Powered By" Rule

We don't put our branding on your product. No "Built by Quantoxt Inc." badges, no footer links, no watermarks. Your product is yours. The only exception is if you choose to credit us voluntarily.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Build products that are illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Resell or redistribute our build service without consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantoxt Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project in question.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, any delivered work and IP rights remain governed by the sections above.

You may cancel a project before build begins for a full refund. Once build has started, the refund policy in Section 6 applies.
